The village it’s in, East Barkwith, is a stone's throw away from the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village is peaceful with excellent links to the rest of Lincolnshire and better still, the coast is only half an hour away by car.

Kite Cottage is a converted stable that dates back to 1820. It’s built from red brick, with exposed timbers and character details inside. A thorough conversion has been performed to transform the stable into luxury holiday accommodation. 

The location of Kite Cottage can’t be beaten. It’s on a farm which you can walk around and explore, and the farm has lots of animals you can go and see. You also have access to a lake with benches, tennis courts and numerous walking trails. 

There’s off-road parking for 2 cars and the property is accessed via a private track. Days can be spent relaxing by the lake, walking around nearby woodland, or in the hot tub, which can accommodate four people and is private. 

The lodge sleeps 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and the living areas are spacious. Bike storage is available for securing your wheels and a barbeque is also available.
